How to Purchase Your New Friend
We try to start showing pictures of our puppies at 5-6 weeks of age. However, they will not be shipped until 8 weeks of age. If you find that perfect friend and want us to hold your puppy we ask that you send a $200.00 deposit. The deposit is a guarantee that the buyer will complete the purchase by sending the rest of the money(including shipping charges) before shipping. If your puppy does not require shipping and you are driving to pick it up we still require a deposit to hold the puppy. If for any reason the buyer does not complete the purchase within an agreed upon time frame the deposit will not be refunded or transferred.
If the puppy does not for any reason pass the vet inspection before shipping or any other medical condition arises hindering the health of the puppy the buyer will be refunded the $200.00 deposit or may transfer the deposit to another puppy chosen by the buyer.

We try to use American Air for most flights. Before you purchase your puppy contact us to locate the closest airport we can ship to.
Summertime shipping can be a little tricky. If you purchase a puppy when temperatures are above 75 degrees we have to ship at night and early mornings. This might mean you have to pick your puppy up at inconvenient times. We will do our best to make the shipping of your puppy the easiest for both you and the puppy but we are limited to airline restrictions.
Prior to picking up you puppy you need to call the airport we are shipping to and see where to pick him/her up. Some have you pick up at baggage claim and some at the cargo port. Each airport is different. You will need to be prepared to show id to pick up your puppy.
Your puppy has just been on a flight, in a crate, away from all he knows as home. Please give them time to respond to you. Most will be so happy to see you they will respond quickly. Some puppies may be timid. Giving the puppy lots of affection and attention will help ease the transition. If you are taking the puppy home to new brothers and sisters don’t expect them to like each other at first. You are disrupting both dogs worlds and this too takes time. They normally learn to enjoy the company of each other within a few days or at least tolerate each other.
Your puppy will have a bag of dog food with them. We feed Nutri Source small and medium breed puppy food(chicken & rice formula). We recommend you keep them on this diet. If you choose to change food please mix the new kind in gradually. Abruptly changing the diet of a puppy can cause several problems.
